Why should we verify the administrative situation?

This document provides a guarantee for the buyer of the vehicle, giving information on any pledges or oppositions to transfer that may weigh on the vehicle.
How long for the validity of this document?

It must be issued within 15 days of the sale date to be considered valid. It certifies the absence of any third-party liens or other impediments to the resale of the vehicle, thus guaranteeing the feasibility of the transfer to the new owner.
